Our Cancellation Policy
At Mindful Life Aligned, we understand that things can come up unexpectedly and you may need to cancel your appointment. We have a cancellation policy to ensure that our therapists' time is respected and to help us maintain an efficient appointment schedule.
Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You can cancel your appointment by contacting us by phone or email. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the session.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and we will take them into consideration on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, we will not charge a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to find a new appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but please note that our therapists' schedules can fill up quickly, especially during peak hours.
