Self-awareness is the foundation of personal growth and healing. It allows you to recognize your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and behaviors giving you the power to make intentional choices.

 

Simple Ways to Build Self-Awareness:

1. Daily Check-Ins: Ask yourself, what am I feeling right now? and

What do I need?

2. Mindfulness Practices: Slow down, breathe, and notice your surroundings without judgment.

3. Journaling: Write down your thoughts, experiences, and emotions to uncover patterns.

4. Body Awareness: Pay attention to how emotions feel in your body tightness, warmth, ease, or discomfort.

5. Reflection: Notice what drains your energy versus what brings you peace and alignment.

The Stages of Progress in Self-Discovery & Healing

 

Your journey toward healing and alignment isn't linear it's a process. Here are the general stages most people go through:

 

1. Awareness:

You begin recognizing any patterns: You feel triggered, this might be anger or sadness.

Beliefs: What do you really believe in this moment?

Emotions: What comes up for you
